Modak Workshop Update


Traditional food items remind us of two things - cultural heritage and artistic expression.

Ukadiche Modak is one of the best examples to understand this concept.

The recipe is not too difficult, but needs a little more attention and art for striking the right balance of taste and appearance.

Participants of our recent workshop had tasted and tried the delicacy for years. We believe the workshop must have given them enough inputs and tips to boost their confidence and improve their skills.

This festive season, more people will try their hand at preparing Ukadiche Modak and other traditional food items. Someone in their late twenties might be thrilled to make their entry into this art. Someone in their early seventies might become nostalgic to experience the process their elders had introduced in the past.
